If you make payment as Casher's check or Money Order,

We will WAIT for the check to clear before item ships.


FAQ:

1) I received the wrong product.

In the event that you receive the wrong product(s), we will send you the correct replacement item(s). Please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your merchandise by calling our telephone number: 1 626-759-8810, 626-227-4149. You will then need to return the item, please place merchandise back in the original shipping box, just as you received it and ship it to our warehouse.

* Please don't ship back to our office in Alhambra, CA. You need to either email us or call us to confirm the correct return address for your return item(s).

Please note: We can only issue refunds/exchanges on defective and damaged items. Damages occurred during delivery needs to be addressed directly with carrier service.

Your replacement product will only be issued once the wrong item has been returned. If you request a replacement, we will issue your replacement item (subject to availability) at our cost once we receive the return.
